Due to expansion, Global Tax Reclaim requires results-driven fluent Polish Sales Representatives, preferably with management skills and excellent interpersonal skills, to actively seek out and engage sales prospects in the Polish region. The successful candidate will be based in our Croatian office located in Zagreb.
The position comes with a competitive salary and a generous commission structure. Technical training relating to our VAT Services and in-house CRM system will be provided. You will be supported by our marketing department based in our Head Quarters in Dublin, Ireland.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Present, promote and sell our VAT related services using solid arguments to prospective clients in the Polish region.
- Reach out to new and established sales leads through cold calling, networking and relationship building
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply line management with reports on sale development, activities, and potential for new sales.
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the Polish market
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills in B2B services
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
