The Group commenced using the services of Global Tax Reclaim in November 2013, to reclaim VAT associated with EU travel and related costs. With GTR’s help, the VAT refunds received have subsidised the necessary costs of EU marketing and promotion. We have found the VAT recovery process to be efficient and transparent and GTR’s contingency based fees value for money. Finally, our expectations have always been exceeded.
