We find Global Tax Reclaim to be very professional and approachable in all dealings which we have with them. They offer suggestions which help us to retrieve the information that they need in a quicker and more efficient way and they are very flexible depending on customer requirements. Their client portal “VAT Vault” tracks the tax they have reclaimed and from which country (e.g. tax on UK/Dutch/German etc. receipts and invoices). We were surprised at how much they were able to retrieve for us and therefore we extended their services to our offices in the UK.
